That's because I'm a terrible typist and meant to type "writing is hard." But why is it hard? Is it because writers are perfectionists? Is it because we have lofty expectations? Is it because we cripple ourselves with the fear of getting lost in our own heads? Or is it because having an original idea that excites us gets lost among the desire to be published? I can't help you answer any of those questions. What I hope to do, however, is provide prompts and conversation starters that push your boundaries (and perhaps the bounds of good taste).
